Standard Cancellation Policy

Please note: We do not offer refunds or returns after a booking is confirmed and payment is made.

All reservations at Grand Camellia Hotel are strictly non-refundable. Users are required to take full responsibility for the payment and booking dates before confirming their reservation.

  • No Refunds: We never return anything after booking. Once a booking is submitted and payment is processed, the transaction is final.
  • No-Shows & Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and no refunds will be issued.

Exceptions & Modifications

While we maintain a strict non-refundable policy and generally do not encourage cancellations, we understand that exceptional emergencies can happen. If you are looking for a cancellation or need to modify your dates, please contact our hotline directly. Any modifications are subject to availability and manager approval.
